Directions
For Adults (13+):
• Steep 1–2 teaspoons of tea in 8–12 oz of hot distilled or sping water for 7–10 minutes.
• Enjoy 1–3 cups daily, especially during high-stress times or before rest.
• Best served warm. Add agave or lemon if desired.
For Children (Ages 5–12):
• Steep ½–1 teaspoon in 6–8 oz of hot distilled or spring water for 5–7 minutes.
• Let cool before serving.
